    ... Sounds to me like Orbital/Way Out West, any ideas, would love to get an ID been puzzling me for years!

    I've got a feeling your track is this Free Radicals, The - Summer Breeze (12") at Discogs but i was unable to find a clip to confirm will keep digging tho

    Wow that was quick... and to think I have been wondering the name of this for over a decade! The Australian link makes sense as I picked up the tape in Sydney.. just need to find a copy or mp3 now.
