rub a dub soldier

howdy peeps, ive just been watching the hitman and her oldskool video from sequins in blackpool,(1992),and theres a breakbeat tune on it that ive been told is called "rub a dub soldier".
it starts with 1940's style air raid sirens with a bloke talking over the top, then it goes into mad breakbeat with a violin chorus.
any ideas or help would be appreciated.
