Unknown Set on tape DJ is Vertigo

Got an unknown tape labeled as Vertigo Lost but the tunes are from 1993 and lost is from 1992 the tracklist's don't match either not sure its Vertigo either , can anyone help identify the DJ or mix by the tracklist
