I've also wondered about this one for the last 15 years and I think I have the answer.

The actual track is around 150bpm, but this version in the Snap Essential Mix is heavily slowed with the vocal sample (Why does it hurt when my heart misses a beat) taken from Propaganda "Dr. Mabuse"
