hip hop hardcore sample

I would love to know where the vocals from this snippet originally come from. Im not after the actual tune from this attachment though. The tune from this sample was released in 1997 but loads of early hardcore tunes 91-93 sample some of the vocal. Anyways...fingers crossed

I'va had a listen to most of the Main Source stuff on discogs but had no luck. Someone else told me it might be Three Times Dope but thats also drawn a blank so far. I know the sample is in Rebel MC's Tribal Base from 1991 so its deffo before then if thats any help
I was hoping someone would get this quite quickly as the snipets of the vocal sample have been used on so many tracks.
