    Default The Darkside

Any one know a cat number or discogs link to this tune on YouTube? It says it's The Darkside by DJ Dance but can't find that on Discogs?

Could well be Noogie Brown. I would have thought it would have been rated a bit higher than 3.6 out of 5 as that seems quite low compared to some of the not so good tunes rated on discogs. Perhaps i'm the only one who thinks it's any good!

I thought i had this 12" ripped, could only find 1 track of the 2 on it though.

this tune has a tacky merry xmas sample/theme running through it and is without doubt the worst F-Project release ive ever heard lol

It could possibly be the flip side of that 12" but judging by the style/production i doubt it very much

Im sure i used to have this on vinyl though,
I keep picturing a white label with dj dance in black text and its a 4 track EP
a track on the flip had the vocals
    "dj dance" "ripping up wax,wax,wax,wax"

I might be way off as im going from memory.
I also keep thinking of hectic records/ramos supreme & the sunset regime/dj unknown (the south coast crew) for some reason

    sorry for the vaugeness

Sorry Guys, I thought it was going to easier to ID than this. I've heard it on at least one set before (not sure who or when?)
I've got that "Ripping up wax wax wax" tune in my head now! that rings a bell as well

Yup your right Digital Delight - it's the Jimmy J & Cru-L-T remix - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5d8lyvUVg_I .Aparentley it's from 1996 which suprises me as I didn't think I was in to any of the stuff that was that new

DJ Demand - Dark 'n Light (Remix) / Jump' In Pump' In

    Thanks for clearing this up

I can't believe it's from 1996 (according to Discogs). I wasn't even listening to happy hardcore then and i know i've heard it before as it was one of those tunes that i've had stuck in my head to ID for some time. I reckon it was released earlier than stated on Discogs

I suspect the discogs info is wrong aswell. I think it was 95.
