    Default earley 90's tune + info needed

    Hi all,
    Does anyone know of a late 80's earley 90's tune with a dog bark in it?
    starts off with a stabbing keyboard for 4 bars then acouple of dog barks then a bloke going 'cha cha cha cha' possibly the worst tune ever but i still love to hear it again lol.

    and need a id on this too.
