Does anyone know the ID of "Track 3"?

This track was huge in '89 and I've always wondered what it is.

Not a great clip as it doesnt play the main riff but maye someone here knows?

It samples the movie THX 1138 a lot esp the line "If you feel you are not properly sedated, call 348-844 immediately. Failure to do so may result in prosecution for criminal drug evasion. "

I've a feeling that the esta loca track is b1 of this I haven't got access to my tunes at the moment so i can't confirm 100%
