Default Biosphere/Grid psy ambient trance from Rikskonsertene 1994

I have this CD that was given out at the Norwegian Rikskonsertene festival in 1994, and the first track on this CD is the one that I'm trying to ID.

The Catalog# burned on the inside of the CD is RK-CD 001, which sadly could mean that it's the one and only CD from RiksKonsertene? The festival has changed owners half a dozen times the last decade, so I've been unable to receive any answers from the "record label".

The track consists of three long sections, the first one a ping-pong delay orgy, the second some pseudo goa, the third some weird genre I can't classify. Enough to say, I think the drums sound very much like Biosphere around 1991 (who is Norwegian, and this was from a festival in Norway after all) or some early stuff from The Grid.

Just to clarify: The three clips are all from the same track, I've just shortened them considerably.

I think I got it, although it is unconfirmed.

According to this database, the track is called "Dawn at Vara". The artist is not listed directly, but at the bottom a large number of artists are mentioned as collaborators: Robert Leiner, Geir Jenssen (that's Biosphere), Per Martinsen (from Mental Overdrive), and Tournesol all seem to be the most relevant alternatives. R & S Records seems to be a common denominator, but I have no idea if this track has ever been on any album.

There is no release called "Dawn at Vara" on Discogs. If anyone can confirm any of the above, that would be great.

Great work, I owe you one. I was afraid that this was a bootleg CD release, but legally that's not the case when it's on the artist's own website. Good to know.

You see, that's interesting. I've read before that Biosphere played at Quart '94, but I've seen no proof of him playing at Rikskonsertene. Anyway, all the other tracks on this CD are of the multi-ethnic/new age material that Rikskonsertene specializes in, so it still makes sense. Case solved!

EDIT: On Biosphere's Commisioned Works site the "album art" has a large R, in other words the old logo for Rikskonsertene. Doh!
