Thanks laith179. I'd update the Discogs thread with this but I've still got another 3 days to go until I can bump it...

Piano sounds like italian something like latina party. But overall with bass n drums it's like an marshall jefferson song. Maybe US. Damn, it's pretty song.

Jack Factory / Adrenalin M.O.D. – Jackin' James / Bouncy House
Remastered but still unknown. BUMP!
P.S. The piano riff reminded me of James Brown Sex Machine a bit

Update: I did some research and investigation, and I couldn't determine exactly when this mixtape was recorded! It includes tracks from 1988 as well. At the Kings Cross warehouse, the guys from Mutoid Waste Company held events up until the spring-summer of 1989. Maybe this is some sort of compilation from 1989. Not all tracks are mixed together; some are presented in full—like the unknown track, for example. It could be a showcase promo mix from 1989 made after leaving Kings Cross. The only thing that can be said is that the mixtape is connected to Kings Cross, probably not from 1987, but rather from 1988 or even early 1989. A funny fact: Colin Faver sometimes played at Kings Cross at Mutoid Waste Company events in 1988 — I don't know how this information could help with track identification.
It's just really well recorded for 1988 and even for 1989. I'm very surprised that I haven't heard this track in any other mix or radio show. It sounds as cool as Adamski - N.R.G. or Roof is on Fire by Westbam, especially the piano, but the drums are clearly programmed quite differently, and the whole track contains way more samples. American tracks often have fatter drums and fewer samples, while this one clearly draws inspiration from Marshall Jefferson, reinterpreting the piano from James Brown's 'Sex Machine.' However, the overall overload of cool samples makes me think that this track is still British or Italian.
