Unsolved wanted Techno ID's from 1991-1992 (Trance, Breakbeat, Rave)

All samples are from german radio shows around 91/92.

Sample 5 (Sounds like a belgian rave track)
Sample 11 (very catchy piano trance track)
Sample 12 (Trance)
Sample 13 (Trancy breakbeat)
Sample 14 (trance track with a scratched sample in the middle, probably uk)

In Sample 13, I'm pretty sure I can hear Aphex Twin - Didgeridoo.

Do you think it's part of the tune, or is it perhaps mixed in?

hmm .. no, it isn't mixed with another track. i know what you mean, it reminds me also of aphex twin, just that sound in the background, but it is'nt the same style, .
