    Reminds me of Latour "Blue" (which it is not). But perhaps a little help anyway.

    yes, its definitely Astralasia - Realise Your Purpose

    dunno if it came out on 12"... mine is on the album and the pressing isn't great, bit quiet.

    Yup it came out in 1994 on a cdm other mixes included
