Help identifying an old tune 91-93

Havent got a sample Im afraid, i thought it was called something like Tom Salsa, but cant find it.

It starts with a saxaphone then drum beats kick in. I realise that this is probably a pathetic amount of info to go on

Or it could be Sined Roza, which tbh from your brief description it sounds more like, which is on a bootleg that Tom Salta is on and there is a sample of that here SINED ROZA - I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS- BRITISH PROMO 12"
