help with the name of this track 1996 - 1998

i dont have an audio clip of this i can only try to describe this tune
this tune is from between 1996 - 1998 and has a sped up vocal saying something like " check it out now keep on "
and a female vocal singing " people in and out of my life :
both vocals are quite repetitive throughout this track.

ps i dont know if these vocals are accurate but this is what it sounds like to me
if anyone thinks they can name the track from my description
i would be most grateful .

i think i know which tune you are referring too , the one with the sweet vocal in the intro
however the tune i am after might be a remix or even on the flip side of the track you are informing me of
i should of mentioned that this one starts off with dark pads / strings and has a pounding bassline throughout
and there is no sweet vocal
any ideas please let me know
