Hope someone can help with this long-unknown classic from various Vertigo tapes, including 'Laughing'

(ps thanks to Brady for the clip of the tune, I stole it from here: Vertigo - Laughing - Feb 92 - Old Skool Anthemz)

Its one of my favourite unknowns.

I've got to have it.

I'm sure you know the feeling...
