Party people sounds like a version of Problem House's Party people on hithouse---what year are the sample's from because there was a remix done a couple of years later.Either that or it's some awful mash up of a top tune

Its definitely not the version on Problem house Vol 2 on Hithouse

Id say it's either this if the tape was 94
