ID that tune

Lo, the tune I'm looking for kept saying continuously "I can feel your heart beat" and then there was a siren sample that goes like "ta ta ta ta" ..

I suspect it won't be a hard tune to id , since it was a popular club/mainstream house one..

Yes it is.. Great mix haven't heard the original though.. Need to find it..
