Default Graeme Park December 1991 Hacienda

this track starts the tape off from the Hacienda Graeme Park December 1991
    lyrics start off as:
"oh everything in life's a chance, we throw the dice and then we dance, we toss and turn our bodies sweat, will you remember what I can't forget. Take me baby into your dreams, take my body, my mind, take everything.....

see attached, have a listen, any ideas?
    Cheers

got this reply from parky "I remember this tune well. But I can't remember who it is I'm afraid. This happens quite a lot, so bear with me and it'll come to me. Or I'll find it."

    Default RE;Explicit track

I E-mailed Graeme a couple of years ago about this tune,
    he basically said the same!!!

This is the only track not i.d'd off the nye 91/92 hacienda set.
And i have spent alot of hrs trying to i.d it with no luck!

Prob gonna be a usa import e.p , so i believe chances are very slim until graeme can shed some light or someone has it in their collection.

I will say if it does get i.d'd, alot of peeps on here will be extremely happy, and i for one will be buried with a copy of it(and a tb303 i have yet to purchase!!!)

    Regards,
    Paul(it's been a while) Womble

I've managed to track down the singer. She's called Camille. She sent me this...

"Andy, I just listened to my song on YouTube and posted this comment!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Who posted it up on YouTube I wonder? This track I've wanted to release independently for YEARS after things fell apart with Polydor, London and our A&R person was fired from the label. I am Camille the Artist/Song-writer and my song is called "Deep in Thought." So there you have solved this musical mystery!! WOW!!! Just WOW!!!!"

    Also:

"This song, originally titled "Hurt Me" was recorded in '91 in Chicago at Universal Studios. My producer and I, renowned House producer, Chris Westbrook AKA "Bam Bam" were signed with Polydor, London at the time. There was a test release in the UK and we were only a couple of weeks away from a wide release when our A&R was fired from the label and replaced with someone else. I must mention also that my A&R changed the name of the song to "Deep in Thought" because I was too shy to have it released as "Hurt Me." So this is my original song, "Deep in Thought" by Camille. From the depths of my being, I want to thank whoever posted this and all who've shown support, for keeping my music.....my dream....alive. Love you all. I want to re-release independently.

    Music is Love~ Camille"

    Nice one!

I ran a search of some of the lyrics on Facebook a while ago and discovered a post by Camille from February quoting the same ones. I took a punt, sent her a PM and awaited a reply, hoping that she didn't think I was some kind of weirdo stalker!

    Great work guys. Amazing stuff.

Although the record may not have received an official release, it still must exist somewhere as a test press.

Any guesses what it might be on? It's surely out there still.
