Old jungle techno - DJ Sy - don't jerk it...

Hello..

Can anyone help i.d. a tune from 92-93ish...

I remember it on the beginning of an old Dj Sy tape I once owned. It was a sort of jungle techno/hardcore track (not the earlier garage version with the same lyrics) and it had the lyrics 'DON'T DON'T JERK IT, DON'T DON'T JERK IT.... WE'RE BACK AGAIN"

And then a whistle in the back ground.. On and off.....

And the sample heeeeeeeeeeeeeheeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllll in it too..

I have some recollection of it being on Ibiza records... but could be completely wrong...

Unfortunately I no longer have a sound clip of it...

Any assistance hugely appreciated...
