Help with track (late 1992)

I'm completely stumped on this one.

It has quite a dark, restrained feel to it, with a spoken, seductive female vocal over a repeating bass riff and a nagging electric beat. It's not an upfront dance tune - it's almost verging on trip-hop????

Lyrics go something like this:

'They say a picture paints a thousand words but I'm a master of disguise
And although you think you know everything I'm also very wise
Sometimes I'm really serious, sometimes I just wanna relax
There's a time and place for everything and that's a matter of fact'

The last line is :

'So let's ride my rollercoaster, don't you wanna go up and down
Come on, live your fantasy, look who's laughing now'.

Google searches have yielded nothing; it's really doing my head in!
