Name that tune (please)

Hi folks, can someone please put me out of my misery lol.
I had a cassette tape (yeah I know) from 1990 full of Italian house tunes. Anyway the tape disappeared after a party one night, but Ive managed to download most of the tunes apart from 1.

I dont know what it is called or who it is by.

Its the first tune on this clip. Hope someone can help
