Bumper Music used by Phil Hendrie Radio Show

Two clips I think from the same artist/track. They were used as bumper music on the Phil Hendrie Show radio program in 2002. The first is up tempo with a female vocal at the end that you hear in the beginning of the second clip. Any help is appreciated.
