Default help please!!! house tune from 91/92

hi folks. im banging my head against a brick wall, with a tune from 91/92.
all i can remember is that i think the tune was called--
    C SQ=A SQ+B SQ.
(the SQ lettering in the title was shown on the label as a small number 2,as in maths. my laptop hasnt got a key to show this symbol!!).
it was a ploddy, bouncy tune with the vocal "checking the cuts to rock the whole equator" in it.
because of the SQ symbol problem,i cant search for it on discogs,so you are my last hope!!

    any help is greatly appreciated.

I think I've got the one your after. Mine is a w/l with the etching 'Got Any Handbag' on the a side and a cat no. of DUG 1 (or possibly DOG 1) It Uses the same vocal sample allied to a 'Liberation ish' piano on the a side. I'll dig it out and get a clip up for you.
