Is anyone able to tell me what this track is called please?

The recording is from 1992 or 1993, so it must have been made/pressed before 1992/1993.

I've been searching and searching for months if not years for this one. This was my second post of it on Tune ID in the hope someone new would come across it and know it.

I've placed my order already for a copy.

Can I ask how you knew it was this? Do you have or have you had a copy yourself?
