a couple of hardcore tunes 91/92

Hi guys,

im looking for help id'ing a couple of 'hardcore' tunes from, i think, late 91 / early 92. I dont have clips, I can only remember the samples.

The first features a softly spoken woman's voice saying 'I can read your mind' before a going into a nice bass drop and stringy stabs..

The second features a male sample of 'Feel the vibe, feel the vibe, feel the bass (bass?). Thats all i can remember im afraid.

I dont think either should be too hard to find. Many thanks in advance.
