Reggae sampling early 90s rave tune ID please!

I've got a five track bootleg with Let Me Love You For Tonight, The Phantom, You Got the Love and Salsa House on, so I'm assuming that this track comes from about the same time.
It samples a 1970s Gregory Isaacs track called Mr Know It All
I can't find any other information about it.... please help!

ps - 'Tis a nice track wouldn't be suprised if it's Bobby Konders related

But that would not make any sense since all artists involved on this twelve are British
