1993 Ramirez-style Italian techno ID

Somebody must know this..! I was wondering if it's some mix of one of the many Ramirez tunes that we big in 1993? Possibly the sort of thing Westbam was playing around that time?

i can confirm the clip is NOT one of the terapia remixes - i have
both original 12" and remix & it's not on there.
another track i reckon.

Thanks a lot, I have not got a copy of the Ibiza tune which matches the 2nd clip. The first/earlier clip appears to be part of a different tune which was only played for about 40 seconds though, so the search goes on
