Just been checking them on Discogs in the hope that one of them is the one I'm after... It's possible that it's some obscure white label it has got a mish-mash of famous samples from that era.

Good thinking Dodgymix ...I will keep my eye on that thread, Hopefully someone out there will know what this "Fall Down" track is...
