1990 Approx : US House Track and Newbeat Track

I wonder if anyone knows the following 2 tracks .. apologies if Im boring anyone with this .. but im just about lost in how I can track them now .. ill explain why ..

Ive got 8 tape sides from 1989 - 91 that Im recreating .. 4 ive done .. 2 will complete over the weekend .. and 2 I cant complete due to 2 tracks missing (mince .. 2 tracks from about 90 tunes and they are becoming a stumbling block to finishing the task)

I even mailed them to various vinyl sellers who have sold me old skool classics over the last 12 months and none of them know either.

I finally managed to track down my old friend (a scottish DJ) who made the 4 tapes to ask him what they were .. and even hes stumped >>

"Ok, I literally haven't got a clue what the first one is. Sorry! Sounds like it's from new york (?)
As for the 2nd, it is (I think) from either one of the old nu-beat lps or another german/dutch techno lp from back_in_the_day. Unfortunately, I really don't remember which one."
