I gave a listen on all the tracks on B-Sides IV, and none of them is this track.
Also, i have some more Frank De Wulf tracks and i didn't find a match.

So keep looking for track 8.

my fault (moral soundabuse) is on this tracklist but cannot find the sample so put two and two together i do recognise No8 myself but can place it
