Happy Hardcore track ID?

Hi PPL, just registered in the hope that someone on here can ID an Oldskool Happy Hardcore track that I have been trying to find out for years!

The only place I ever heard it is on a Dougal from Die Hard tape, nearly at the end of the set, circa 94/95.
