93/94 Top Cat tune from Kenny Ken @ Helter skelter decadance

Does any body have any clues about an old topcat tune which sounds like its from 94 with the lyrics

'big up the people who love the sensi
put up your hands in the air make me see
jumpin round with everybody.......'

or something to that effect.

I've tried loads of congo natty but just can't find it anywhere

Its from a kenny ken set i think played at helterskelter decdance which was 99 but he was playing an oldskool set.

any help would be greatly appreciated
