Help with an oldskool tune

Can anyone help me. I'm after the name of a oldskool piano tune which is very similar to the sample i've added in that the rap/vocals are pretty much the same but it leads into a women singing something like the following words...
"stop stop stop, your gonna loose everything you got. Think Think Think, you know you got so much at stake. Stop stop stop you gonna lose everything you got. Think think think you let a good thing get away".
Please help. Been after this tune for years for my collection.

The sample i've added is 50 hertz but I only meant to use that as a bit of a guide as to the tune i was thinking of. The rap is very similar to the one in the tune i'm thinking of but the female vocals that follow are different and they go something like I put in my original post.
