House Tune id from around 1994

Can anyone help me id this tune. I've been after it for years but can't get the name. It starts with this and then a beat kicks in with the women singing. There is also a choir singing something that sounds like hallelujah a bit later on. It was always played by the likes of Jeremy Healy.
Please help.

Those vocals are from a 1991 tune.. Inner City 'Hallelujah'. This could poss be a '94 mix of it

I think it could be the Live version you are after

Is there cheering, and then a voice says "you guys are fantastic" ?? then the funk riff comes in ??
