I listened to a lot of the New Dawn shows back then. (DJ Antix etc...) I have a few tapes of various shows here. The title tune was a song by Nina Sinmone called feeling good. I dont think the tune youre after was actually released because its was more a jingle/intro to the show rather than a dedicated release. The original Nina song as you may know starts acapella just like the show then all thats added is a kik drum & hi-hats, its something you could knock up in 2 mins using recording software.

I could be wrong tho, it may have been released but i doubt it.

The Disco Evangelists also released A NEW DAWN in 1993, which used the Nina Simone Lyrics. Was big with Ali Whitehead and Jeremy Healy back in the day. Ed

Zippi, are you really sure it wasnt the opening jingle to the New Dawn show?

Ive ripped the first minute of a show and upped it here :

Sorry for it only being in one channel, its an old tape.
