Tune ID Genius Required....

Hey all...hope you are all well
Top site!!
I'm after an ID for a old skool tune from back in the day..
I have no sound clip I'm afraid but the vocal went:-
"Gotta believe we can make it real....just be yourself won't you do what you feel!!!"
It also had some horn type sounds in it!
Was sampled on various tunes but think it's the original I'm after..
Any ideas??? I would be grateful!!
