18 is Key Tronics Ensemble 'Calypso Of House' ..i have the Dub on mp3 & it's basically that with the beautiful piano over the top. Wonder if it's the mix know as the Paradise Version?

Another coooool selection from my favorite year (1990) :

#18 is the deeevinely sublime "Paradise Version" of "Calypso of House" (Irma ICP 008) http://www.discogs.com/release/42576 (there is only a second female vox (other than the "brrrriiiiaaa") mixed in by the DJ from another tune that I don't know))- anyway, I think this remix 12" is tighter better than the ICP 005 Irma release IMHO

#16 is the Touch 2 B-side mix of Pressure Drop's excellent "Feeling Good" (but the "Touch 1" a-side mix stays me favorite, smooth like peanut butter)http://www.discogs.com/release/128242

I guess the vocal overdubs in most trax on the recording come from an MC, male or female (but there seems to be a problem with the mic or the mic's channel - the sound quality's baad here).
Some Italian house clubs traditionnally use MC's for voice-overs (anyway, when I visited the Echoes club in Riccione in July 1999, they had an MC performing ...)
