really weird one

pretty strange this 1 , must be 89-90 , i remember havin this warehouse cd that had picture of yellow plastic ducks on it , and had this really strange track on it , cant remember if it was at the begining or the end of the track but all i can rememmber is this strange echo-ing female vocal saying
" feshyyyyyy ..... feshyyyyyyy , you dont know feshy "
sounded really mental , about all i can remember though
