need help please! classic sample- but i can't place it!

i have an old jeno (from san francisco) tape from '93 that has a song i would like to id. i know i've heard samples taken from the same vocals many times before. a female voice sings "move your feet(?)_can you make me say yeah_alright,alright"
i know this is as classic a sample as they come. any ideas?
