I'm pretty sure 19 is Wally Jump Jr & The Criminal Element - Tighten Up (I Just Can't Stop Dancin') but I don't have it to confirm

Spoken acca on 20 is the intro of 21 (I read somewhere this is sampled from a speech by Pope John Paul II !)

24 is the Instrumental Magic mix

31 is 808 State - Ancodia (Taters Deep Nit Funky Beat Mix)

What's the pop tune riff this samples? It's bugging me... the lyrics "when i think of you" come to mind.. is it Janet Jackson?
