Hardcore 1992/93 Tune id

Hi There.

First post… and maybe a tricky id!

I remember hearing a Hardcore tune (possibly on Pulse FM) which sampled 'Holding Back the Years' by Simply Red. Specifically the line "I'll Keep Holding On". Sped up, Chipmunk style.

Afraid that's all I have to to go on! Many thanks for your help.
