Crooning house tune first heard 1998
Another try at this one for new folk......
I've been trying to get an ID for http://www.glas11.plus.com/audio/id-me/swing.mp3 since April 1998 when it was played in one of Armand van Helden's housier mixes (Abduction 1) on the Masspool internet-radio show.
It has some vocal music from the jazzy 1920s, and a beautiful organ line, possibly from the same song, added to some thick and hard house-beats that sound fairly NY/Chicago-like to me.
There's a free unwanted-record of mine (see my www.discogs.com profile) - postage to anywhere included - for the first positive id I get.
