Any ideas on the following

t04 has got to be something by Roots & Soul or on the label Streetbwoyz Productions. I have 4 releases and they all use the same sounds as you can hear by the clip I attached. They all have that unique farty synth. I would wager it has to be by them altho it aint any of the 4 I have.
