so, the tune goes like this, all to what i'd call a repeating stuttering kind of sound with what sounds like a xylophone twinkling...some dude saying... music for the people, music for the people, mu mu music for the people and a great piano riff kicks in and here come those heavenly la la la vocals that kind of sound similar to "higher than heaven"

Can i just say you guys are amazing at iding the tracks. there used to be a joke years ago about going up to a dj and saying it goes like dumdedum de de..well you've blown that outa the water.
