Default SUCCESS & EFFECT-LETS DO IT?

    Hi guys,
Its been a while since i posted,
    Hope everyone is okay............

    Right then,
    Carl Cox/Success & Effect-Roll it Up/Lets do It.
How many versions/different names are there for this tune?

I know the piano is from Landlord & the breaks are similar to Kaotic Chemistrys-Drum trip.
The version i have is a white label from around 1990/91,
It has 'Landlord-I like it remix' written on A side & nothing written on the B side.
But the tune on the B side is a mash up of 2 bad mice-bombscare noise & vocal 'every body say-who oh lets get busy'

    Is this the original version?
    Was there a remix version?

My reason for asking is that im sure Ray Keith played a version of the A side that was different at soundshaft(behind heaven) around 1990/91 bit it had the Landlord piano sample, the Drum Trip breaks & also a ships siren/horn etc
    (see attatched sample)
Maybe he was mixing the Success & Effect track with D-Shakes 'My Heart The Beat' & i was so mashed up i mistook them for 1 tune!!!
    Who Knows?
But if anyone has a version like this please let me know & put me out of my misery!
    Cheers Peeps,
    Kris M.

    ahh, nice 1

i see you got the 'jam the mace', i cant remember if it was you before, but its got the dropout of sound about 1/2 way thru on the start of the beat, and its got a blue label, just wanna confirm this, as my copy just looks too new.

but, anyways, im heading over to the SPAM

    thanks mate.

P.s. do you just PM him or ? bit lost

Yup, blue label, that is correct
drop out bit is correct too, seems you got yourself an original

    For the SPAM bit:

    http://www.discogs.com/forums/topic?topic_id=42972

Dunno if you already got a Discogs account?
If not, create one and add your collection to your accound and fill the wantslist option with all your desired pieces of wax

Then he can see what you want and he tells you in the thread what he can get you

Well the clip you put in the 1st post is D Shake - My Heart, the Beat but I cant see what that has to do with Success & effects (which is a mashup done live by Carl Cox using Landlord & the beat from Break Boys - My House Is Your House)
