Not heard this one but I reckon they're probably behind it

got this, it is on section5 records can't remember the exact details tho the dr who side also samples 'doctor in the house' that old 80s house tune and the the other side is called i think 'music in my mind' or summat and samples touch me by the 49ers... i'll check it out when i get home

Yes this is 100% Kay 9 from the Section 5 label, it came out late 92 or possibly early 93 (jan or feb)

If I remember correctly the title of the Dr Who sampling tune is "Who's in the House"
