Default old tune once on 808 state show

i have ben after a tune for years, but its really hard to describe. 808 state played it in one of their saturday night mixes on sunset 102, it was eally ninty's the tune had a really dark awsome bassline and some kid or sqeeky woman saying "he he he" like a kid giggling.

    any idea's?

    thanks,
