Any ideas to ID this tune. Don't know much about the year, should be around 1990 but I am not 100% sure. The tune goes on with the same bassline for almost the entire time with only a few changes.

you're quite close by a couple years sir. It's actually from 1988... sounds as though the tape is quite worn as the tempo is a bit pitched down if my memory serves me: your sample is...
