    Default Hey Leroy...

    I remember a tune that used to get played at the Park (92/93), I think it may of come out on 'Palmares' (Not 100% on that), the vocal had a chappie shoutin' summit like.. 'Hey Leroy..! Tell me about ur mamma'

    any ideas peeps

    i've got a record on the 'fax' label called 'hey leroy!' it's by 'stanley conaway'.

    quite a funky number, and it starts just like you say, i can post the tune if u like?

    nice tune Skippy.

    random bit of inf.. The original Hey Leroy was by Jimmy Castor who was also responsible for the Way Back, Back Into Time sample as used by Kamera amongst others.

    I think the tune starts like this: Hey Leroy, your mama is burning you man, (Leroy replies) oh men, (the other guy says): no no not that mama, that fancy mama you were with last night.
