99% sure it is Come on by Scram, and it deffo sounds like a dub of Club Lonely

lol.. yeah was disapointed with this one! his other mid '92 sets that i have aren't brilliant either but do have they're moments... tho the 2 i have from late '92\early '93 are superb imo
